To capture the Hearts
Earth
is a beautiful place. There are many creatures, living things, non-living
things, watery places, non-watery places, and many more. Here I am not writing
an essay on earth, but here I am narrating about work, the work to be done on
Earth by any Individual or any group or any society or any government or any
community or any creatures. Really, it is full of works, where one or many can
perform meaningfully. There are plenty of works and there is need to be done
and executed for the benefit of Earth and living-things. To be executed the
work properly or improperly, it becomes the knowledge and the capabilities of
one individual and one group. Indeed, there are tremendous works upon Earth,
which are waiting to be executed, so that the present need of Earth and who all
are living upon Earth could be satisfied. Same way, the future needs could also
be channelized and started so that future of Earth and living bodies upon earth
could not go in dark phase and could get Proper Light and Directions to keep
enlightening the Human-beings till Earth is alive to live upon. Same way, the
past-expected need-cum-result could also be resolved so that the waiting needy
could enjoy the fruits of work-done.
Upon
this Earth, there are many Political, Geographical and Topographical divisions,
which has resulted in the shape of specific area and formed a “Unique
Territory”. This territory is being called a Country. I do not want to debate
upon, which came first or which is formed first, either society or town or
district or state or country or continent. As per current scenario, let us have
a view and will go accordingly, because in this scenario only, we human-beings
are living and ruling at all places. Whether we, Human-beings, are satisfied or
not, but we have to live so living. How to live, it is not dependent upon
“One’s Individual Wish”, but it has become a combination of “Shared Wishes”.
Cause is, where ever we-Human-being are living, we all are being ruled by
Parents, Society, Government, Religion and many more in the name of caring,
ruling, commanding, nurturing, sympathizing and many more. Thereafter, that individual gets
converted into the form of Citizen of that Country. When one become Citizen,
then there is a Charter as well and according to such Charter, one Citizen has to
obey lawfully so that other Citizen would not get harmed. No one is special Citizen, according to
Charter, all Citizens are special. To care of these kinds of individuals/Citizens,
there becomes a need of Governance, which could govern the Citizens so that
Citizen could live peacefully and satisfactorily. And for that only, there is
Government.
Now,
let us observe, whenever one Individual takes born (or according to law, as per present scenario, Parent brings
the child), till childhood, what child wants or what kind of needs and supports
are to be given to child, they are proper food, proper caring, proper education and proper affection as well.
Here, I want to ask, are these needs really needed for a child. Some body will
debate upon this and lastly they will come at this point, when a child is
taking birth or when a Parent is bringing their child, it is the duty of that
Parent / family to fulfill above needs to the child. If Parent is not capable,
there is no other agency, no governance and no government, who could provide
such needs to this Child. Yes, of course, Government has opened so many
servicing-opera for the benefits of public. It is expected such Parent/Family
could get the services from such operas. But how much such
government-provided-operas are available to the individual or Parent or Public
in proper way, it is always a question mark and becomes a debatable item in the
media. Sometimes Parent/Family is not so educated and capable, who could
approach the proper place so that their needy child could get needed things and
that child could survive properly. In fulfilling the basic need of child, at
this time only, one Parent/Family gets tasted, some times it becomes tough as
well, and some times Parent/Family gets crushed. Even though there will be pain of caring in
Parent/Family, but looking to the smile of child, that Parent/Family forgets
the pain and gets satisfied, calm and quite and wish to work more and more for
their child and themselves. Charter expects all should work properly and not
unlawfully. Working properly and lawfully, that becomes here one’s Life. Parent
forgets many things, like what for he has taken birth or living upon the earth,
whether he has taken birth just to fulfill and care the child, his parents, his
family, his society, his government, what is this….Do you not think this is a
kind of Slavery. One Individual is just fulfilling the criteria of others in
the name of duties and responsibilities. Good thing, we all ethical people say,
it is our duty. We are doing our duty as agencies are doing as Governments are
doing.
Here,
just think, let us see other Planet, suppose, we get option to live upon other
Planet, say Mars or any. Let us consider here Mars for example. Which ever group
of people is being sent to Mars to make the suitable place and facilities for
human-being, I want to ask, will they not consider such basic needs to be
available for every individuals upon Mars. Will they think, only some group
will get VIP treatment there, will they think some groups of people only get
this facility, this need. The basic need of Human-being is what --– food,
caring (i.e. health), education and a house. Will they not provide these basic
things of one Human-being or one individual at Mars? They have to provide,
otherwise their mission will get failed. When upon Mars, such group can provide
such basic needs, then why not upon earth. Why here upon earth such group
forgets these kinds of duties? Why such groups leave these responsibilities in
the name of individual’s capabilities? Such groups think and debate that this
kind of basic needs is the duty of every individual and not of that group. Here
such group is who, I am pointing to whom; I want to clarify here, such groups
are nothing but the Government of a Country, who is ruling the country. We all
are educated; we see and understand, Government is not a person but groups of
persons who functions in groups and departments.
In
our India, daily one scheme gets launched for the benefits of public or some
group or some colonies, but how far such schemes get fruitful, how much it
reaches to the needy. These giving, channelizing and reaching of the contents
become an issue and again it gets bracketed with resolution to provide the
solution. Why it becomes an issue? Upon this, again one committee will be
formed, which will decide the fate of issue, but no one thinks about the basic
need of one individual. These basic needs get suppressed under corruption and
its resolution and solution.
Here
one can hammer on fulfilling such basic needs to ‘Every Individual of the
Country’ with a compulsory and mandatory. What are the basic needs, which are
required to be fulfilled to every individual, i.e., Food, Health and Education?
Let these three things be free for all Indians, who are poor or not poor. How
is this possible? Food is really basic needs for all. Small wrong-full works
get started from here only by some people. This “some” is not really some, this
“some” is very big, I guess, more than 50% of people (in India or any country)
will fall under this group of “some”. For food only, many people do small-small
crime, which turns later in big-way. Due to food, beggar get created or turned.
We all know, when we are hungry, first requirement is food and nothing else.
There is no debate on that. And provision of food to every individual, 50% of
people will be satisfied and I guess, here one Government can survive properly.
Here debate will happen, do we all earn for Food only? If there would have been
Food only, then such crime and corruption would not have spread this way as it
is spread. It means, there is another need, which intends to the individual to
do wrong work, which later gets converted in corruption and that second need is
Health, Medical Issues, illness, etc. Here People are not sure, if they fall
sick, how much they will have to expense, what kind of medical needs will be
needed and for that how much they will have to spend, it is not sure, not
fixed. Every individual can guide and limit on their happiness, but not on
their pain. It is obvious. We can control upon pleasure and its contents, but
not on pain. It is need and it is to be fulfilled. Third basic need is
Education. The corruption is the mother of “ill-Education” or “un-Education”. If
we are not educated, we see, people do more wrong work. I may be wrong here by
some group. Such exceptions, we should not count.
I
have some ways to implement the above, can anybody talk on this. Moreover I cried, when I see a person begging for Food, when I see, some dies for non-Medical Assistance...We are human-beings..We should take care of human..No human carries the earned wealth after death...We should serve here on earth.
